Breathe and Movement into Drawing the Mandala: with Melissa Forbes

This class is designed to offer you an interdisciplinary experience combining gentle movement and breath practice into drawing the Mandala, both of which hold centuries of insights for health and creativity. Each class will begin with Melissa’s guidance for breath centered movement and the practice of resting in oneself, bringing awareness and calm. This will lead into exploring the mystery of Numerology and drawing your own Mandala. Discover the colors, shapes and light associated with each number as a reflection of yourself. Drawing and applying colors to your own Mandala infuses it with your energy. Take your Mandala home and place it appropriately as a creative and visual guide.
